Why Buy at Pura Jungla

Why buy? – It is much more than an investment opportunity.

Ten reasons to invest in La Pura Jungla and Costa Rica:

Costa Rica

Costa Rica is a wonderful country! It is known as the Switzerland of Central America. CR is peaceful, democratic, has good healthcare and education systems, and a progressive government. Many people are saying it is like Hawaii was in the 1960’s.

The Airports

Liberia International airport is only an hour and ten minutes from PURA JUNGLA. This airport has been recently upgraded. And now, in 2005 there are direct flights from Toronto and several U.S. cities. San Jose Airport is an hour closer now by car because of the new Tawaineese friendship bridge. Or a 45 minute fascinating local flight gets you between airports.

The roads

The last section of road (20KM) to the coast is not good (unpaved). The coast road south from Tamarindo is likewise challenging. This has to date kept away traffic (tour buses, trucks, etc) and kept land values artificially low. b.) When the roads are improved, land values in the area will likely jump immediately).

Safe and secure

All properties in Pura Jungla are fully serviced and maintained (water, electricity, telephone, security) and are ready for building. Half of the 35 lots are already sold. Sales are brisk. We fully expect to sell out by February 2006. Do not miss this chance of a life time. Secure your very own Dream Property today.

The lots

The remaining properties in Pura Jungla are approximately two acres each, all with a spectacular ocean view, within an incredible 250 acre, forested, private ecological reserve. Ten minutes to the local beaches and restaurants. Abundant and clean water source under the property. The properties are fully serviced.

The dollar

At least for Canadians, at this point in time the Canadian dollar is stronger than it has been in years. It is currently valued at about 84 cents USA. Over the last three years the Canadian dollar has risen about 30% against the USA dollar.

The climate

In this part of Guanacaste the Dry season is November to the end of May. The Green Season last June through October.

The local area

The local area is quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. The small villages will hopefully remain so. There are several excellent international restaurants close by.

The beaches

Most are smaller and spectacular. In Costa Rica, the beaches are accessible to everyone – visitor and local, alike. They are mostly sandy, un-crowded, clean, scenic, and have a warm ocean temperature.

Diversity

National parks (27% land area), bird watching, rainforests, surfing, golfing, horseback, fishing, hiking.

Welcome

Posted by Ray Beise Fri, 25 Nov 2005 19:49:00 GMT

Welcome to Pura Jungla where there now exists an opportunity to participate in this beautifully re-forested mountainside community with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside and the Pacific Ocean. Pura Jungla was first developed and nurtured over twenty years ago as an indigenous two hundred and fifty acre forest reserve and it has been only recently that a few select mountainside properties been offered to encourage building of homes.

The objective now is to develop a feeling of community amongst people with common interests who want to protect and enjoy nature and the environment, to have a home for family and friends to visit and enjoy.

We hope you find the new Pura Jungla website informative and helpful. Your feedback as to what you think of it will be much valued.

We invite you to visit us – we are here to answer your questions and introduce you to this amazingly beautiful place.
